Refund PolicyIn case of weather-related cancellations, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our Captains' control, the deposit will be refunded or moved to another date. Customer-initiated cancellations are not eligible for deposit refunds.

**Customers
are responsible for purchasing fuel on all fishing charters. The
cost and amount of fuel needed will be determined by current prices
and the distance traveled offshore. The distance traveled offshore
will vary depending on the time of the year and what we are fishing
for. Maximum number of 6 people on all trips.
